Terms of Service

Welcome to The Creative's Garden ("the platform," "we," "us"), a content-creation course run by The Meibos Touch (Julia Meibos). These terms are the agreement between you and us for using the platform. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. We've written them in plain language on purpose.

Who we are

The Creative's Garden is operated by The Meibos Touch. Questions about these terms? Email julia@meibostouch.com.

What the platform is

The Creative's Garden is an online course and companion platform for creative entrepreneurs learning to show up online in a way that feels sustainable. It includes lessons, goal-setting and reflection tools, a small community space, and resources. It is an educational product — it is not professional business, legal, financial, or mental-health advice.

Who can use it

The platform is intended for adults. You must be at least 16 years old to use it, and old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. It is not directed to children.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details private and for what happens under your account. Please give us accurate information, keep your password secure, and let us know promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account. Accounts are for one person — please don't share yours.

Free trial and paid course

New members can begin with a free trial (the first three weeks). If you choose to continue, the full course is available as a paid purchase through one of the tiers shown on the pricing page. The features available to you depend on the tier you're on.

Payments

Paid purchases are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause access to paid features until it's resolved.

Refunds

Because the course gives you immediate access to digital materials, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. That said, we want you to feel good about being here — if something has gone wrong, email julia@meibostouch.com and we'll do our best to make it right. Any refund we do offer is at our discretion.

The things you create

You own what you make. The notes, reflections, goals, and any files you add stay yours. By using the platform, you give us the limited permission we need to store and display your content back to you so the platform works — nothing more. Your content is private to your account by default; the only things other members can see are the limited progress indicators you choose to share in your community settings.

Our course materials

The lessons, writing, illustrations, resources, and design of The Creative's Garden belong to The Meibos Touch and are provided for your personal use as a member. Please don't copy, resell, republish, or share them outside the platform without our permission. Your access to the materials lasts as long as your account and membership are active.

Being a good neighbor

This is a small, supportive space. When using the platform — especially the community features — please:

Availability and changes

We're actively building and improving the platform, so features may change, and the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We try to keep it running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

No guarantee of results

The Creative's Garden is here to support your practice, but your results depend on you — and on many things outside our control. We don't guarantee any particular outcome, audience growth, income, or level of success.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, The Meibos Touch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the course in the twelve months before the issue arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't legally be limited.

Ending your access

You can stop using the platform or ask us to close your account at any time by emailing julia@meibostouch.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform grows or the law changes. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Meibos Touch operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
